At Charleston Equine Clinic, we are pleased to offer a wide array of veterinary services to our patients. We offer both ambulatory and on-site clinic medical care, providing flexibility to meet your needs. We are conveniently located in Summerville, SC and service over 7 counties in the Lowcountry.

I highly recommend CEC. Dr K was so very professional, she kept asking if we had questions and answered them for us to under stand. She stayed with us to make sure our donkey was up and moving again. Donkeys aren't normally as friendly as our guy is and have different needs. Dr K called a few days later to make sure he was doing well. The staff that answer the phones were very helpful and polite.

Dr. Sally Banner-Brown has been my vet for years and has taught me so much about equine care and health. I have used other vets are CEC and have been happy with them as well.
